Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without giving any reason. Write to us at info@typhofficial.com, stating your order number and the item or items concerned. We will confirm the procedure by return.

Returning the item

Return the item within fourteen days of your notification to the following address: DREAMA SHOP, for the attention of Collard, Facility Lockers Accueil, Rue Royale 100, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. Return shipping costs are borne by you. We recommend a tracked shipment, as the item travels at your risk until we receive it.

The item must be complete, in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, with its labels. You may try it on as you would in a shop. If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, a deduction for diminished value may be made from the refund.

Excluded items

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, CDs and vinyl records whose sealed packaging has been opened after delivery can be neither returned nor refunded, unless defective. The same applies to any item personalised at your request, in particular signed with your name or bearing an inscription of your choice, which cannot be returned, unless defective.

Event packs

Access to an event on a specific date, and the services attached to it (drinks, Meet & Greet), cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged once purchased, in accordance with Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, unless the event is cancelled by us. For a pack combining a product and event access, only the product may be returned under the conditions above, from the day it is handed over to you, and the refund is limited to the price of that product as sold separately on the shop. If the event is cancelled, the pack is refunded in full; if it is postponed, you may keep your access for the new date or request a full refund.

Refund

We refund all amounts paid, including standard delivery costs, within fourteen days of your notification; the refund may however be withheld until we receive the item or proof that it has been sent, whichever is the earlier. The refund is made using the payment method used for the order. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard method, the difference is not refunded. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your account depends on your bank.

Size exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, return the item following the procedure above and place a new order, so as to secure the size you want while stocks last.

Defective, damaged or incorrect item

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from your order, write to us as soon as possible at info@typhofficial.com with your order number and photographs. We cover the return costs and, depending on your preference and availability, replace the item or refund it. Your rights under the two-year legal guarantee of conformity are preserved.
