Terms of service

Version in force as of 19 October 2026.

Article 1. Identification of the seller

The online shop available at shop.typhofficial.com, operated under the trade name DREAMA SHOP, the official shop of Typh Barrow (hereinafter “DREAMA SHOP”, “the Seller” or “we”), is published by the company whose full identification is set out in the legal information at the end of this document.

Contact: info@typhofficial.com.

Article 2. Scope

These general terms and conditions govern any order placed on the shop by a consumer, that is, any natural person acting for purposes outside their professional activity, within the meaning of Article I.1, 2° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. They are available at all times on the shop and the customer declares having read and accepted them before confirming the order. They prevail over any other document. The Seller may amend them at any time, the applicable version being the one in force on the day of the order.

The products are intended for personal use. Any commercial resale is excluded without the Seller’s prior written consent.

Article 3. Products

The products offered are music recordings (CDs, vinyl records), clothing and merchandise featuring the artist Typh Barrow. The essential characteristics of each product are described on its product page. The photographs are as accurate as possible; slight differences in colour may remain depending on the screen used, which does not constitute a lack of conformity.

Products are offered while stocks last. Some editions are limited and numbered. When a product is offered for pre-order, the expected shipping date is stated on its product page and payment is taken when the order is placed.

Some products are also offered as packs combining a product with access to an event taking place on a specific date, in particular a release party (hereinafter an “event pack”). Event packs are governed by Article 3 bis.

Article 3 bis. Event packs

The page of each event pack states the date, place and time of the event, the product and services included and the available options, in particular for a companion or children. The product included in an event pack is valued at the price at which it is sold separately on the shop.

Access to the event is granted to the persons covered by the order. The name given on the order is the name entered on the guest list; the customer may be asked to prove their identity at the entrance. Access may not be resold.

Children remain at all times under the supervision and responsibility of the adult accompanying them. Alcoholic beverages are served only to persons aged 16 and over. The Seller and the organiser may refuse entry to, or exclude, any person whose behaviour endangers the safety or the proper conduct of the event, without any refund.

The product included in an event pack is handed over to the customer at the event and is not shipped. If the customer does not attend, the product is kept at their disposal for one month after the event and may be sent on request, shipping costs payable by the customer.

If the event is cancelled by the Seller, the price of the event pack is refunded in full. If the event is postponed, the customer may keep their access for the new date or obtain a full refund by writing to info@typhofficial.com within fourteen days of being informed of the postponement.

Article 4. Prices

Prices are stated in euros, including all taxes, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed and depend on the destination, the delivery method chosen and the weight of the parcel. The total price to be paid, including costs, is displayed before payment.

The Seller may change its prices at any time, the applicable price being the one displayed at the time of the order. In the event of an obvious pricing error, the Seller informs the customer, who may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it free of charge.

Article 5. Orders

The customer selects the products, checks the contents of the cart, enters delivery and billing details, chooses a delivery method and a payment method, then confirms the order by accepting these terms. The order constitutes acceptance of the offer and a commitment to pay.

The Seller sends the customer an acknowledgement of receipt by email summarising the order. The contract is concluded upon receipt of this acknowledgement. A second email confirms shipment.

The Seller may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, in the event of non-payment, a previous dispute with the customer or serious indications of fraud. The customer is informed and any amounts paid are refunded in full.

Article 6. Payment

Payment is made online when the order is placed using the methods offered on the shop, in particular credit or debit card, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Transactions are processed securely by the payment provider; the Seller never has access to the customer’s banking details. The order is only shipped once the price has been received in full.

Article 7. Delivery

Delivery terms, areas, rates and times are described in the shipping policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. Except for pre-orders, the order is handed to the carrier within one to three working days of payment. Transit times are given for information only. In any event, the product is delivered no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract, failing which the customer may, after asking the Seller to deliver within a reasonable additional period that remains without effect, terminate the contract and obtain a refund of the amounts paid.

The risk of loss of or damage to the product passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the product, including on collection from a pick-up point or locker, or on handover at an event for products included in an event pack.

The customer checks the condition of the parcel on receipt. Any visible damage is reported to the carrier on delivery and to the Seller as soon as possible, with photographs, to facilitate recourse against the carrier.

Article 8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles VI.47 et seq. of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the customer has fourteen days to withdraw without giving any reason. The period runs from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product, or of the last product where an order is delivered in several parcels.

The customer notifies their decision before the period expires by an unequivocal statement sent to info@typhofficial.com, quoting the order number. The customer may use the model form reproduced in the annex to these terms, but is not obliged to do so.

The customer returns the product no later than fourteen days after notifying their withdrawal, to the following address: DREAMA SHOP, for the attention of Collard, Facility Lockers Accueil, Rue Royale 100, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. The product is returned complete, in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, with its labels.

The Seller refunds all amounts paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen days after being informed of the withdrawal, using the same means of payment as for the order. The refund may be withheld until the product has been received back or until the customer has supplied evidence of having sent it, whichever is the earlier. If the customer chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard method offered, the additional costs are not refunded.

The customer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for audio recordings (CDs, vinyl records) unsealed by the customer after delivery, nor for products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, in particular items signed with the customer’s name or bearing an inscription chosen by the customer.

Nor can it be exercised, in accordance with Article VI.53, 12° of the same Code, for services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance, in particular access to an event and the services attached to it (drinks, Meet & Greet), including where they are part of an event pack. For an event pack, the right of withdrawal applies only to the product included, under the conditions of this article, the period running from its handover, and the refund is limited to the price at which that product is sold separately on the shop.

Article 9. Legal guarantee

The products benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles 1649bis et seq. of the former Belgian Civil Code, from delivery, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 et seq. of the same code. Any lack of conformity appearing within this period is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.

The customer reports the defect to info@typhofficial.com within a reasonable time, with photographs and the order number. The Seller, as appropriate, repairs or replaces the product and, where this is impossible or disproportionate, grants a price reduction or a refund. The cost of returning a non-conforming product is borne by the Seller.

Article 10. Liability

The Seller is bound by the obligations provided for by law. It is not liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure, nor for damage resulting from abnormal use of the product. Links to third-party sites, in particular streaming and ticketing platforms, are provided for information only; the Seller is not responsible for their content.

Article 11. Intellectual property

The names Typh Barrow and Dreama, the logos, visuals, photographs, recordings, texts and graphics on the shop and on the products are protected by copyright, trademark law and neighbouring rights. The purchase of a product does not entail any transfer of rights. Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation other than for strictly private use is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Article 12. Personal data

Personal data collected when an order is placed is processed in accordance with the shop’s privacy policy, available in the footer, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Article 13. Customer service and complaints

Any question or complaint is sent to info@typhofficial.com. The Seller endeavours to reply within five working days.

Failing an amicable solution, the customer may refer the matter to the Consumer Mediation Service (Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur), North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, contact@mediationconsommateur.be, www.mediationconsommateur.be. Recourse to mediation is optional and does not deprive the customer of the right to bring legal proceedings.

Article 14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and any contract concluded on the shop are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the more protective mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer’s country of habitual residence. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts designated by the applicable law, in particular the jurisdiction rules protecting consumers.

Article 15. Miscellaneous

If any clause of these terms is declared null or unenforceable, the other clauses remain in full force. The Seller’s failure to rely on a breach by the customer does not constitute a waiver of the right to rely on it later.
